Summary: As the government stated, the aim is to employ 3000 case managers by 2008. These include practitioners not only from nursing but occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social workers. The authors of this book are selected from the course team and practicing case managers who have completed the programme and hope to assists other professionals in taking on this new role.
