This book adds the dimension of values to the discussions of teamwork and considering interactions between health care professionals and how these might be affected by differences in professional and personal values. The first part of the book introduces values-based practice and covers theory of concepts of teamwork, collaboration and communication. The second part of the book features examples of scenarios based on real-life experience.
