N2  - A methodology derived from interpretative phenomenology was used. Eight people were interviewed using a semi-structured format & data obtained was analysed by identifying 7 themes. From these, exemplars, or particularly powerful illustrations of themes, were extracted. These were examined to see if a paradigm case emerged
